Yes, a security deposit is required, payable in cash or by credit card at the time of the contract, which varies depending on whether you take out comprehensive or standard insurance. In the case of standard insurance (included in the rental), the amount of the deductible will be required, while in the case of comprehensive insurance it will be 100 € to a maximum of 200 € depending on the vehicle rented.
The office hours for collecting your reserved scooter or bicycle are from 9am to 1pm and from 4.30pm to 8pm. The port office is open from 9am to 11pm during the months of June to September inclusive. Please specify in the case of evening collection.
Rental days are 24 hours from the time you pick up the vehicle. If you select a period longer than 24 hours in the search box, the system automatically calculates an additional rental day. Example - Pick-up at 10 am and drop-off at 11 am - If you exceed the drop-off time by one hour, the system calculates an extra day on the total.
